Anna Badurska

Anna Badurska

is a seasoned expert in innovation growth strategies and startup ecosystems, particularly within the healthcare, technology and supply chain sectors. She is the creator and former director of the EIT Health programmes like Catapult competition, which assisted over 400 startups in securing venture capital, corporate venture capital, and angel financing and like Bridgehead which helped more than 500 scale-ups guiding them in their expansion across Europe and global markets. Her ventures secured partnerships with Nasdaq and top pharma players, earning recognition from Harvard and MIT as leading European health innovation initiatives. Before entering healthtech, Anna held executive roles in the space industry as CEO of an Airbus spin-off and served as COO in chemical manufacturing, overseeing operations and streamlining strategy.

Fabrice Zamboni

is a seasoned financial markets expert and Partner at 42 Global Ventures, bringing over 25 years of experience in asset management, structured products, and global capital markets. He combines deep technical expertise with strong investment acumen, having operated as an institutional investor and advisor to leading French institutions such as Caisse des Dépôts, Malakoff Humanis, CIPAV, and the Insurance Guarantee Fund (FGDR). Across these roles, he has been involved in the structuring and deployment of capital backed by institutions representing hundreds of billions of euros in assets, giving him a unique perspective on large-scale capital allocation and risk management. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Structured Products at Olympia Capital Management, and worked with major financial institutions such as BNP Paribas. Fabrice has a proven track record in identifying high-potential opportunities, structuring sophisticated financial solutions, and navigating complex regulatory environments. In parallel, he contributes to the next generation of finance professionals through teaching at Université Paris Dauphine and delivering executive training for leading institutions.
